Choosing the right florist for your wedding or event can be daunting, and we want to ensure the process is simple and seamless. Hiring a florist who adds magic and elegance while respecting your budget can make all the difference. We want to encapsulate who YOU are in our designs and help execute your vision. Below we have a list of information that might assist you on choosing a florist.

  • $2.5k is our minimum for weddings but the majority of our clients spend between $3k-5k. Generally, a flower budget constitutes 15-20% of the total wedding expenses, but it's adjustable according to each couple's preferences and requirements. Some couples opt to spend 25-30% of their wedding budget on a more immersive floral experience.

  • When hiring MUSCARI as your florist, you get a high-end experience no matter your floral budget.

    • Unlimited access to us: We are happy to answer all questions regarding your event. This includes but is not limited to design changes, & budget adjustments.

    • Sustainable floral practices: MUSCARI is dedicated to ensuring we do our part for the environment by sourcing flowers from local farmers, buying flowers in season, eliminating plastics, and having a no-floral foam policy.

    • Trust: We want to ensure every detail of your event has been discussed, looked after and not overshadowed. We want your vision and personality to shine with our floral knowledge and expertise.

    • Transparency: We want you to know exactly what you’re getting when it comes to flowers vs labour. The average florist marks up their wholesale flowers at 3-5% and a labour charge of 25-30%. Some florists integrate this pricing into individual items but we put our labour as its own line so you know how much money you're spending on flowers.

  • First, you fill out our Inquiry Form! We will respond to your email within 48 hrs with additional questions to create your quote.

    You will receive a quick quote with a breakdown of everything we’ve discussed (design notes, suggestions, & budget adjustments).

    We will send you our curated moodboard & have an online consult highlighting all the fine details!

    We will send you an invoice with deposit information & contract to secure your date.

    Finally, flowers & your big day!

  • MUSCARI is based in downtown Toronto. We primarily service events in the GTA but are always open to travelling further.

    We also service Victoria, BC for events and weddings with a discounted travel rate.

    Other travel or destination weddings are more than welcome with a regular travel fee.

  • Yes, we do! Some items require a professional to set things up, like installations and archways. We love coming to your venues to ensure everything is executed to perfection! We also provide tear-downs with an additional fee.

  • YES! We love working with brands, companies and other creatives. Our services include but are not limited to brand work, editorials, set design, photoshoots, collaborations, workshops, and more!
